Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment.

Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled same day, will be charged 50% of the cost of the service that is  cancelled or rescheduled.

No-Show Appointments

You will be charged 50% of the service. If you no show for a second time you will be black listed (not able to book again with Waxology).

Grace Period​

Please keep in mind if you are 8 minutes late, your appointment is considered cancelled ( You will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service) OR shortened depending on the amount of services booked, unless told otherwise. Please take into consideration that we will need the full time to provide top quality service and don’t want to rush.

 

IN THE CASE OF AN ALLERGIC REACTION WHILE PERFORMING ANY SERVICE

We do not offer refunds in the event of a reaction. Reactions are always a possibility and can happen at any given time as stated on our consent forms you are required to fill out and sign to receive any service.
